Once your order has been accepted, we aim to delivery your item(s) within 2 - 5 working days, fro customized products, it needs 7-10 working days more to produce, For bulk order above 1000 pcs, it might needs 10-15 more working days.

Please be aware that all our items cannot be shipped to American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau or the Pacific Islands.

You are highly recommended to avoid using P.O Box address to receive the package.

Late/Lost Deliveries

If your delivery is late, please contact us with your order ID and tracking number which we sent you by e-mail. In the event of non-delivery we can only resend the the order or offer gift certificate after the Post Office classifies the parcel as wlost mailhy.

Please be noticed that the postal office always need few months to investigate the lost mail issue.

Please Note if no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local Mail sorting office.
